I love living and working in the Downriver area! And when I say “I know Downriver”, I mean it. I have lived and worked here my whole life. The Downriver area is comprised of almost two dozen communities, and I can tell you what makes each city and township unique in it’s own special way. But my real estate expertise extends beyond this geographical area; I have sold homes as far north as Oxford, and west to Ann Arbor. As a licensed Michigan realtor, I work full-time to get you wherever it is you want to move. And if it’s an area of the state I’m unfamiliar with, I have experience with a number of trusted realtors that I can refer you to on a moments notice.
While most of my real estate business is referral based, I have met so many new clients along the way (many of whom have become friends), and I value each and every one of those relationships. For buyers, my office on Van Horn in Trenton is where I generally like to meet to discuss your needs, and the process of buying a home. It takes about 40 min to an hour to cover everything from your pre approval, to your wants and needs, to what is available to you in today’s market. I’ll go over the whole process, and condense it down as to what we can expect, and how we can make your offer stand out against other similar offers.
It’s important to know what is happening in the market today. I have a deep understanding of the local market because I work in it every day. It’s still a brisk seller’s market in 2024, in spite of “higher than we’re used to” interest rates. It’s very much a “seller’s market”. We have more buyers than there are homes on the market. It’s the most scarce market we’ve seen in many, many years.

Seeing your home in person is the only way I can accurately give you a comparative market analysis of what your house will sell for in today’s market. We can also talk about what you can do to your home to maximize the value of your home.
Seeing your home through the eyes of a buyer is key. Sometimes that could mean we go on what I call a “field trip”. We’ll visit other properties on the market similar to your home, so that you can in fact see their home through the eyes of a buyer. What sticks out to you that is impressive? What strikes you negatively when you walk into another person’s home? This is helpful in seeing your own home with a fresh set of eyes!
Once we are confident your home is ready to shine in it’s best light, it’s time to list. With my marketing approach to listing, we work as a team; you’re updated every step of the way.
